What is your return/exchange policy?

-We want you to love your items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving it for exchange, refund or store credit.  Item(s) must be in their original condition and in perfect, unused condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

-We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund. We Are All Smith will replace any defective item within 15 days after the delivered date on your order.

All exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.

-Please note: We only process exchanges that were purchased via this online store.

How should I ship my exchange?

Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. To be properly processed, you exchange must include the original receipt. You should ship your exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD. Once your return is received at our warehouse it will take 5-10 business days for the credit to show back in your original form of payment or for an exchange to be mailed back to you.

All jewelry is made with small and delicate parts. Parts that can sometimes get damaged. Even though WAAS jewelry is great for ANYONE, let’s face it, we market towards men (But we see you, and we love you ladies). We always recommend you remove your jewelry before showering or swimming, getting your sweat on, or sleeping. We know chains get caught on T-Shirts. We KNOW that the gym isn’t the safest place for a necklace. We are aware they can tangled up when you Netflix & Chill! 

We want you to wear your jewelry with confidence. That’s why we offer this LIFETIME GUARANTEE.

In the case that an item covered under the LIFETIME GUARANTEE is sold out at the time of the claim, a credit for the purchase amount will be offered toward a future purchase of a similar item. 

We Are All Smith reserves the right to refuse any claims we, in our sole discretion, may deem fraudulent. Photo proof must accompany all claims. The LIFETIME GUARANTEE does NOT cover LOST items or items that have had their plating rubbed off due to being worn while showering or swimming. What are your USA shipping rates?

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

Generally, if the item is in stock, it will leave our warehouse 3 to 5 business days (JEWELRY) and 3-10 days (APPAREL) after placing your order. Note this is the ("PRODUCTION TIME") estimated time for us to receive, prepare, pack and deliver your order to the courier.  This does not indicate the time it ill take for you to get the order. TRANSIT TIMES vary from 3-10 days in the USA to 2-6 weeks international depending on your country and shipping method. We ship all our items from San Francisco, CA in the USA.

For items, that we are expecting to arrive soon, the shipping date will be listed in the product description.

 Where do I enter gift/discount codes?

If you have a gift or discount code, check-out as you normally do. The shopping cart will automatically send you to PayPal to enter your credit card and shipping address, once PayPal receives your payment information, they will forward you back to our website. At this point, just before completing your order, you will see the box where to enter your code. Your total will be adjusted accordingly.

What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?

All our orders ship 1-5 business days after being placed unless a different shipping time is noted on the specific product page. Feel free to e-mail us anytime to get the status of your order and to obtain your tracking number. All orders ship via USPS. Make sure you include your order number in your e-mail.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send an e-mail alerting you the order is on its way.

How do I change or cancel an order?

To cancel an order you recently completed, please email within 24 hours. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process. 

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover and PayPal.

What countries do you ship to? What about duties? 

We do offer international shipping. Your shipping rate will be calculated during the checkout process once you have entered  your shipping information. Remember, shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information. We are not responsible for any delays in receiving your order due to possible customs inspections.
