What are your shipping rates?

 -All domestic USA orders: FREE SHIPPING!

What is your return/exchange policy?

 -We want you to love your items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or store credit.  Item(s) must be in their original condition and in perfect, unused condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

-We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund. We Are All Smith will replace any defective item within 15 days after the delivered date on your order. After 15 days, no exchange of any kind will be issued.

-All exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.

-Please note: We only process exchanges that were purchased via the online store. 

-Garments purchased at any specialty stores are subject to that store return/exchange policy. 
 
 
Where do I ship my exchange?

If you would like to exchange your item, please e-mail us at: help@weareallsmith.com with your order number. We will reply with shipping instructions.


How should I ship my exchange?

Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. To be properly processed, you exchange must include the original receipt. You should ship your exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD. 


When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

Please refer to each individual product description for exact shipping dates. Generally, if the item is in stock, it will ship in 2 business days. For items, that we are expecting to arrive soon, the shipping date will be listed in the product description.


Where do I enter gift/discount codes?

If you have a gift or discount code, check-out as you normally do. The shopping cart will automatically send you to PayPal to enter your credit card and shipping address, once PayPal receives your payment information, they will forward you back to our website. At this point, just before completing your order, you will see the box where to enter your code. Your total will be adjusted accordingly.


What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?

All our orders ship 1-2 business days after being placed unless a different shipping time is noted on the specific product page. Feel free to e-mail us anytime at: help@weareallsmith.com to get the status of your order and to obtain your tracking number. All orders ship via USPS. Make sure you include your order number in your e-mail.
 

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

Yes, we currently process our credit card transactions via paypal. 


Why did you call or e-mail me to verify my order?

Fraud Control (for your own security and protection). Should we find something suspicious regarding your order, we will call or e-mail you to verify your information. 


How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send an e-mail alerting you the order is on its way. 


How do I change or cancel an order?

To cancel an order you recently completed, please email: help@weareallsmith.com within 24 hours. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process. 


What are my payment options? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through the PayPal interface. 


Are purchases on this website really tax free?

We collect sales tax for all purchases shipped within the state of California.


Is ordering over the internet secure?

Our shopping cart and website are hosted on the Shopify network.


What countries do you ship to? What about duties? 

We do offer international shipping. Your shipping rate will be calculated during the checkout process once you have entered  your shipping information. Remember, shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information. We are not responsible for any delays in receiving your order due to possible customs inspections.


Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 


If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

Yes. If you would like us to remove the invoice from the package, please send us an e-mail immediately after your order is placed to: help@weareallsmith.com.
 

I bought your product on eBay, is it authentic?

We suggest you shop on our website or from one of our authorized retailers. 


Can you tell me when new products or special promotions are announced? 

Yes. Simply register with us and you will be eligible to receive e-mail updates on new products, sales, events and other special announcements.  


What is your Privacy Policy?

We will never share your e-mail address or personal information with any third parties. Any information collected on this website will be used for fraud control, order verification or internal marketing purposes only.
